You will receive all the perks of the two month coaching session but a full 90 days of coaching and support.
You will have twelve personalized coaching sessions where you'll receive guidance, support and practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and clarity.
You will also receive 90 days of email and text messaging access with me personally for the duration of your journey so we can address things as they come up instead of waiting for scheduled sessions.
In addition to individual sessions, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in group workshops and classes focused on topics such as self love, trauma healing and cultivating a new belief system.
Connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and nurturing environment as you explore new techniques and strategies for personal growth and empowerment including live zoom sessions or classes. If no live classes are available during your three month commitment, you will receive access to personalized videos not made available to the public.
As part of your three-month healing package, you'll also receive access to exclusive resources and materials to support your journey. From Reiki and Chakra basics to educational materials on holistic wellness, these resources will empower you to continue your healing journey beyond the duration of the program.
Included with your total transformation package package, you will become a Reiki Practitioner. You will be attuned to Reiki Level One with Course basics so you can practice for yourself or others. If you are already a Reiki Practitioner when purchasing this package, you will be attuned to whichever level you are next in alignment with.
This experience is for you if you are ready for a total reset to your energy body, rewiring of your neural pathways and belief system and a complete change in your physical body and mental state. This is a three month commitment to permanent change.
